The Present work entitled "Business Law" is an approach to catch the different topics of Business Laws, which includes five different chapters, ie, (A) Government Contract-A Study from perspectives of Contract, B) Negotiable Instructions act and Unicitral Draft-A Comparison, C) Winding Up on the just and Equitable Grounds, D) Law Relating to Trade Union in India and influence of International Labour Organization, E) Environmental Administration for Better Environment Management Indeed, these chapters are adopted from dissertations and Projects drafts of the author, which were carried to prepare as part of course of Master of Business Law (MBL) of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. It is an attempt to trace various aspect Business Law concerning laws related to contract, Commerce, Negotiable Instrument Act, Corporat, Labour Welfare and Environment.
