Extension Education has been popularized in India as a result of the outrach activities of Agricultural Universities and Colleges. The general Universities and Colleges accepted it in 1977 chiefly to promote Education of the People and Reforms within the System Of Higher Education Facilited by insights obtained through outreach of their knowledge, technocration and revenue resources to the community.
