The anthology is the third part of Strings of Gold and brings together the poems prescribed for senior students. Following the scheme of the earlier two parts, this anthology represents the major tends in the development of potery from the beginning of the Victorian age to the mid-point of the twentieth century, from Tennyson to Dylan Thomas.
